About the internship

KBREC will hire interns across many geographies like Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Overland Park (KS), and New York (NY). Intern group assignments may include Commercial Mortgage Group, Income Property Group, Institutional Real Estate, Healthcare, Community Development Lending, and Agency Loan Servicing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3.3 GPA (preferred)
  • Relevant work or internship experience
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities
